Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide through Google authentication (name, email address, profile photo), information you submit during onboarding (company details, legal information, identity verification data), and technical data generated through your use of the Platform (IP address, browser type, usage patterns).
2. Authentication
Zignni uses FedCM (Federated Credential Management) through Google for secure authentication. This means your credentials are managed by Google, and the Platform never receives or stores your password. We receive only your basic profile information and an authentication token.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Platform; (b) verify your identity and provider credentials; (c) facilitate contracts between artists and digital providers; (d) communicate important updates about your account; (e) comply with legal obligations; (f) improve the Platform's functionality and security.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Authentication tokens are stored locally in your browser via localStorage. We use JWT (JSON Web Tokens) with HMAC signing for session management. All data transmissions use HTTPS encryption.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: (a) digital providers or artists as necessary to fulfill contractual agreements you have entered into; (b) service providers who assist in operating the Platform; (c) law enforcement when required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations; (d) withdraw consent for data processing; (e) export your data in a portable format. 7. Cookies & Local Storage
The Platform uses localStorage to maintain your session and preferences (authentication tokens, language selection, theme). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. FedCM operates without cross-origin cookies, enhancing your privacy.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Authentication tokens expire after 7 days. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
