1. Acceptance

By accessing and using Zignni, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Access

Zignni is an invitation-only platform for artists. Access requires a valid invitation code. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all artworks, media, and documentation you upload to Zignni. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for providing the service.

4. Certificates & NFC Tags

Certificates of authenticity are generated based on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork details. Certificates linked to NFC TAGs are publicly verifiable by design.

NFC TAG purchases are final. Shipping times and availability may vary.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not own or have rights to
• Create fraudulent certificates for works you did not create
• Share or resell invitation codes
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zignni is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, unauthorized access, or damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
